How to Prepare:
For the best results, thaw lobster tails overnight in the refrigerator or submerge in cold water for 30-60 minutes, changing the water every 15 minutes. Once thawed, prepare using one of these delicious methods:

🦞 Steamed: Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large pot or deep skillet with a tight-fitting lid. Place a steamer basket over the water and arrange the lobster tails cut-side up in the basket. Cover and steam until the meat is plump, opaque, and tender, about 5 to 6 minutes. Avoid overcooking to keep the meat juicy and flavorful.

🔥 Grilled: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Using kitchen shears, cut along the top of the shell to expose the meat, then carefully slice halfway through the meat without cutting all the way through. Insert a skewer lengthwise through the lobster tail to prevent curling while cooking. Brush the tail with oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill flesh-side down for about 6 minutes until lightly charred. Flip, add a spoonful of butter, lemon, garlic, and herb mixture, and grill for another 5 minutes until fully cooked. Serve with red pepper flakes and lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
